Amen. Like I said earlier, just add something in that you used to eat before that led to your intial gains. That's what I do on big exercise days to get enough calories. :drinker:

I drink >8 glasses of water a day and at least 6 cups of tea a day. I know tea is bad for mineral absorption as well. Eep...realizing things now....I guess just because I don't have symptoms I have "noticed" I have ignored these things.

I am 5'8.5" and I started at 158. I have a large frame and I now weigh 132lbs. I feel slim considering that my bones will poke out too much at this point since my frame is larger.

Protein looks great as well. Once again, like everyone said, whole foods are the way to go! A low cal snack like steamed green beans or boiled mushrooms can be a a good addition to your diet. I looked back one week. Calorie wise, you are doing great. But you may want to balance your diet better. You need to consume fewer processed sugars and processed foods. I suggest adding more fresh, uncooked vegetables (1) and fruits (2).

Yeah, I made my commitments outside the gym. I do my runs on tracks or hills and circuits at home. For a time, I used to go 5/days a week but that was years back when my dad did not think I was old enough to runs in the hills alone.

Yeah, that's why I pay 19/mo and go about 5 times a year....but I'm not in a contract anymore...what am I doing? Anyway, I love the outdoors so that's probably why.
