I currently only do runs, mix of track and trail runs about 6 miles each time. I have no built up huge muscles on most of my body, I have actually become very petite in my upper body. My lower body has lost a lot of fat, but everything left there is rock hard muscle, and my legs by no means look bony.

OMG! I have no perspective. The girls around my weight and height look so....THIN! I still feel like the chunky girl that started. I need to reassess myself. It is tough though.

That sounds like a Fantastic idea!

Depression, stress, habit. It's funny because when I changed my eating habits, my depression went away which caused me to be less stressed. Amazing how life is so cyclic!

Still have them fresh here in CA

Chia is the highest in omega 3 which is what we lack most. Most people get enough omega 6 already so it's more important to get the 3s. Flaxseed is next in line for having the most.

I have to agree with Erik, but just on my personal experience. I have eaten back most of my exercise calories these past months and pretty much ate all of my 1400 daily calories on days I do not exercise and I have consistently lost weight and toned up at a great rate. You should be able to eat them.

I have a dehydrator. I blend raw cashews, raw pumpkin seeds, cumin, lemon juice and some other spices. Slather it and dehydrate.

You look so much younger! You have done an amazing job- very impressive.

That is waaayyy pricier than I thought. I like this protein which is all raw, and organic and includes a lot of other great stuff. Check out the ingredients: http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-RAW-Protein-622g/dp/B0031JK96C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1318181343&sr=8-1 Oh, and its USDA Organic

That's right. May be hard but the truth is a lot less messier than you think

Do a search of their nutrition facts on Google and third party websites have the facts. They have them because here in CA it is law to show nutrition facts at every place. Hope this helps a bit.

15 lbs has done wonders on you. You look terrific. Must be dramatic because you were not that overweight to begin with. CONGRATS!!

As long as you don't go too big for your frame I think they are a great option. They can actually look very natural when someone has not gone too big. Doctors will try to push larger, but go with what you feel in your heart. My mom worked for plastic surgeons for years so I know this. Also, just make sure you find a great…

Actually, if you do a search on Pubmed or BioOne there are plenty of great articles done with aspartame. You are entitled to your opinion though. :)

Raw Cleanse. Look it up. I follow a raw diet but a lot of people use it as a cleanse.
-
Eating raw has changed my life. I do not suffer anxiety and depression anymore and I also think more clearly. It's unbelievable. So powerful.

The aspartame in diet soda used to cause headaches and shortness of breath for me. But the symptoms vary for people, some don't notice anything. But yes, it will provide some hydration, along with chemicals you really don't want. The research will make you never want a diet soda again. If it works for you now to curb…

Mine is within .2 percent at different times of day. If I weight one time right after another it says the same. If I weigh someone in between reading then weigh myself again, it reads my correct percentage. You should read reviews first to find a good one. I find mine reliable and with my weight loss it has been very…

From that standpoint I'd say you are right. It is not good to treat exercise in that manner so you can eat unhealthy. I do it because I know I want to eat more but always healthy stuff. I just know I may be up later on a certain day and will need that extra 300 to have something extra during those extra hours of the day.
-
That is a great idea if you make the time. Anytime I know I need extra calories I do intense workouts that day, or if I don't have time that day I do it the day before and leave a lot of calories left over.

Love it!! Great site

Garmin Garmin Garmin!! I have a 305 and 405 (my father and I share them). Go for 305 is you want the basics and super easy use. Go for the 405 if you want a lot of options and you are savvy.

Your run times are fantastic! Great Job. Not to mention, you look awesome!

Oh, then that's perfect. Nearly everyone at the race I did had a belt or handheld bottle.

I use the 22oz Amphipod and it is awesome! I don't remember I have it and there has been no spilling for me. The pocket is also very nice. I highly suggest purchasing one.
