You could always try listing the ingredients one by one in the recipe maker on here and seeing what your value comes out to. Might be tough though since they are already prepared and eyeballing it can be hard but it can give you a ball park of whether you are correct.

I have to say...not everyone gets the runs from eating all fruit. I do not only eat fruit and please don't critique my diet but some days all I eat is raw fruits and veggies and I am completely regular. In fact, constipated at times. Mind you, I have IBS. You can have a larger frame which you can find out by measuring your elbow width. Google it. But you can get pretty thin with a large frame. I am a larger frame, at the low end of my BMI and I still need to lose. So I don't think larger frames are a good reason to be overweight.

I am going through the same thing. I started eating just a little UNDER maint. for the past 3 weeks and I have already gained back about two pounds. It really is intimidating.

Do you enjoy nuts or nut butters? They are high calorie and contain very healthy fats. Just 2 tablespoons can add nearly 200 calories to your day. Olive oil can also be a good way to add healthy calories. Avocados are also a great high calorie option.
