I am curious as well PU-zerz!

When I started out I purchased a book on the specific types of food I plan to consume for the rest of my life. Reading a book on what you are interested in eating will help you put together meal plans and whatnot.

I highly doubt than anyone is "meant" to be overweight. I would say that's wishful thinking. And BTW, your workouts seem awesome and I would not stop doing them, that's a lot of progress, just not on a scale :)

12 or 14? It's hard in photos because there is no perspective. But you look great! I am also basing this on the fact that when I was 155 I was a size 10 and I am 5'9" as well. I am now 133

I work in a cleanroom (yes, completely suited up) sometimes and while I am waiting for something to process I have been known to get on the floor and do sit-ups or run around in circles (when I am alone of course).

I have a professor who is soley concerned with us THINKING a problem through. She will start out classes by asking us many different questions. If we don't know the answer and naturally look to our notes she stops us and says, "don't look at your notes, lets work this out." She literally wants us to use LOGIC. I love it…
