I truely dont believe in the counting calories thing its all in what types of food you eat if you eat good protein and veggies and fruit and make sure not eating alot of process foods youll be just fine :)

Have you tried planks I like doing those better then regular sit ups. And that just dance game is awesome have also tried the zumba on the wii? Its good too and really works your abs :)

How do you know what kind of vitamins to take and how much?

Hello I'm in the same work situation have you tried taking a vitamin super B complex I get them from walmart and take 1every afternoon ...this seems to Give me enough energy to make it to the gym...:)
