Level3, Day1 done I fund it quite hard but managed it by doing about half Anita, there was a few times I had to stop for a second but that happened at the beginning of the other 2 levels. The abs work I find is actually easier, nothing is as hard as them twist planks from level 2!!! I dont feel sore afterwards though,…

Hi Everyone Day 1 done :), I'm on level one and it was OK. I figured as I can do knee push ups ok I'd do the plan with full push ups. I take it we just get as low as we can until we improve? Theres only so far I can go before my arms give way! Look forward to Day2 on Wednesday

Life gets in the way sometimes, get back on the DVD when u r ready. I have had days when I've dreaded switching play but half an hour later, it's done, complete and switched off for another day :)

Day 9 of Level 2 done!! Its going in so fast, I was so irritated by level 1 by day 9 but I still 'enjoy' level 2. Coped a bit better today and got more Natalie moves in, I hate the abs at the very end! Imagine everyone does though!

Doing it girlie style might be a good idea. I can go about 15 girl ones but struggle with 2 full ones. I'm not sure..think I'll try doing the full ones and drop to knees if its too hard. Feel free to add me, I'll need support for this!!

How odd, I just came across the 100 pushups website by chance about half an hour ago!! Then saw this! Day 7 of Level 2 done! Managed to do the twist plank things at the end without collapsing! Sooo hard! Getting slightly better at push ups. Watching level 3 just now, eeeek!

I'm not too fussed about the scales now. I have to remind myself that although it comes off slower now, 1-2lb loss/gain makes a massive difference! When I was bigger it took about 7lb to notice any difference. Dont know if that makes sense sorry!

Day 6 of Level2 done :) Took yesterday off as rest day. Hurt my elbow a bit I thiink but managed to do some mini push ups after the walk out Are people noticing changes in their body? I am, slight, but its changing!

Level2Day4 Done (Day13 total) Still hard, def makes you sweat! Still following Anita and try to get a Natalie move every now and again. Tried to do a full walking push up and fell to the floor haha! Plank jacks and evil and those plank things at the end omg! We will get there girls!!

Excellent thank you :) Jillian is tough but the pain does subside after about 4-5 days I found. I couldnt have ran during the first few days of the Shred...I could barely stand up!

I weigh in every now and again to keep on track. Level2Day3 done!! Woohoo!
