Make sure you eat back alllll your work-out calories! The magic 1200 is like a charm for me too, when I go past it it's so disappointing. I am going to start doing this! I have a calender which I put fun stamps on if I work out or acheive my calorie goal, but now I am going to put $2 in each day I make my 1200cal and $1 for every workout. Hello new running shoes :-)
