I use Jenny McCarthy You Shape, its a fabulous workout. Really all I do at this point. No room for a home gym, so this I can use in the living room. Tried Zumba, great workout, but need more space. It is amazing that a game can actually be a workout too.

Hadn't thought about it that way. Good point. Akin to saving all sorts of money and not having the time or energy to spend it. Tomorrow, we begin again, until the next time.

I am having that day today. People keep bringing in treats, and somehow, I just cannot say no to them today. Not usually a problem, but its been a tough week and just don't know how I'm going to get this lifestyle (not diet) back under control again.

I love my Wii Game Console using the "Jenny McCarthy's Your Shape". It helped me shed 45 pounds in the last year or so. Takes up no room at all, other than the console on the TV stand and the little camera on top of the TV

So move your days around and call what they call Monday Friday or Saturday. Make it your own. I think it looks great and will be trying this myself starting next week. What a great idea. Just like muscle confusion with interval work out, its like interval calories.

The weight watchers ice cream bars are pretty good, esp the Giant Cookie Ice Cream Bar. 130 Calories. And as for crackers, the Special K Sea Salt Cracker Chips are pretty good, 110 Calories for 30 crisps.
