The time part isnt the problem. It's just I'd rather do 45-60 minutes of Zumba than 20 minutes of 30DS. I wish I didnt feel that way but Im going to try to start back today. I only did Zumba and skipped 30DS yesterday. Maybe Ill do the 30DS first and then Zumba. Get the boring one out of the way first? Ugh. This happened…

My weigh in and measurement day isnt until Sunday but I weigh myself daily and right now Im down 5 lbs. As of last Sunday I lost 4.5 inches during the first week. Ill have more official numbers come this Sunday. Hopefully I drop more lbs.

I took a rest day yesterday...I hurt my leg on Friday when doing the jump rope...I dont even know how I hurt my leg...but it's feeling better now so back to it.

Day 5 complete...I can tell my endurance is improving....didnt feel like doing it but i did. Im so proud! lol

Day 4 done! Burned even more calories. I was feeling extra pumped so I got a little dance session in with some Beyonce and burned another 300 calories

Finished Day 3...burned 354 calories this time!! Better than that 210 Ive been doing. I was really into it this time...I guess it's because I was watching Hairspray as I was doing it...got me pumped with the songs lol. I feel GREAT!

I wanted to see how much I would lose the first week of doing 30DS without any added cardio. Next week I know I will add more cardio because Im only burning around 200 calories. Day 2 down. My body is so sore from yesterday! I did not want to do it but when it was done it wasnt so bad. Hopefully Ill enjoy it more tomorrow....

No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism are two great DVDs. They are both 50 minutes long. NMTZ uses dumbbells and a mat. BFBM is strictly cardio and you dont need anything but a mat. They are both great! I havent been able to get through both DVD's but I do a custom workout using the two. Each DVD is broken…
