I have to do it after work. My baby didnt let me sleep last night and couldn't manage to get up that early. :-) I've done one of the videos before though and they are definitely rough! I like a challenge though and you can always modify it to suit your needs. :-)

I am a recovering soda addict as well...I am able to drink a LOT more water by making it flavored. Not with that powder crap or anything but with fresh fruit. My favorite is watermelon. when I used my regular stroller for jogging it kind of seemed like the wheels were going to fall off. It made me nervous and I had to stop. They are definitely not made to be going that fast (even at my super slow pace).

I eat a lot of watermelon for snacks/breakfast, so after I chop it all up, I take some of the leftovers and put it in a large pitcher of water.
