  • I have equipment at home and a club membership, I use the membership more. But it is nice to have something at home if I want to do just a few minutes on a bike or some weights.:love:
  • I'm trying to loose 80lbs, I've lost about 3 so far. I belong to Columbia Athletic club in Kirkland WA. I've done the metobolic testing and have a program of weight training and cardio. Which I'm trying to do cardio 6 days a week and weights 3 days a week, and eating 1886 calories a day,. which is more than I ate before.
