1lb in 2 weeks- how frustrating! Sorry I'm "confused" so I have no answers only questions. R u eating 1200 cals or more? Also do u eat your exercise calories? Good luck to you and I hope you start melting!

Still another question- they lower your calories after 10lbs even if you were started on 1200! I don't think it would be healthy nor could function on 700 calories.
