I am on my 6th day! love it! with eating right, doing 30 DS and the biggest loser for the kinect ive lost 15 lbs!

Im on day 5 of the 30 DS. I havent kept with it every single day, started it on 1/4 and am only on day 5 as of 1/10. due to a knee injury that one of the people above me in a comment was talking about ive had to sit it out a few days, but i put some ice on it those days i didnt do the video and am so far back to normal.…

im doing it right now! i had started right before thanksgiving but got too busy with family parties and stuff so i stopped it. but i just started back up today! its a really good workout! Wal-Mart has it for like $9

i probably should get new shoes. i only have my puma running sneakers and have had them a year. ill try getting new ones and massaging/icing my shins. hopefully that will help!

sports weren't just about running. you didnt think about the running. it was the adrenaline rush and the competition. its nothing like track! :) i did zumba for 2 months and saw absolutely no results, and it was getting costly. but good luck to you and thank you for the support! :)
