I am always on the go for work too and I love my fruit/granola parfaits!!! ---100 cal yogurt with some type of granola in a snack bag so I can mix it when I'm ready to eat it. It's about 200-225 cal depending on how much granola you prefer and maybe another 40-50 cal for fresh fruit. Hope that helps :)

I'm between 5'2" and 5'3" and my goal weight is 125, but like everyone else, it just depends how I feel and look. I just want to be healthy and wear size 3/4 and even 5/6 :) I can't imagine going back down to 105-110, I looked pretty sick.

Hey all!!! I did not reach the 3500 calories goal- I logged in at 2841. I will maintain my water intake :) I've lost 5.5 lbs for September so far. I'm half-way there!!!! Great job everyone!!!!

I just got a FT40 off of Ebay and it was $99. The FT7 and FT40 both show you if you're in the fat burning or fitness zone. I do like Polar HRM.

I agree with Lutzsher, it's a great program, quite costly and I'm not sure for the long term. I am having great short success but will the lbs come back after I stop? I have a couple more weeks to go on it and then I might try things on my own. It's all about the right choices of food and portion size. Good luck!!! :)

Ya, it's been 10 months since my baby and BF did not help me lose weight. I gained 20 :( I just added this app and have lost some weight with isagenix and some exercise. I need all the support so add me as a friend if you want :)
