I’m 44, weigh 170 and trying to get back down to 130. I have been successful in the past with MFP and lost the weight, but with work and being a mom to an active 7 year old, the weight has crept back up on me. Looking for motivation! Please add me if you’re looking for support and encouragement along the way.

Thanks for this. I'm starting up and this is a great way to go!

Hi everyone!!! My friend and I signed up for the Tinkerbell and Pricess half in 2014 too. I have only done the Tinkerbell half this past January but I am determined to complete these and get back into shape. These are the least painful for me because most runners are having fun. I gained back the weight that I lost and I…

Not sure how to do the split shot. I am assuming there's collage apps and then you upload the pic? I am turning 40 in December and had reached my goal weight early last year and let it slip. I gained the 60 lbs I lost (due to lack of motivation and stress eating)....I know, no excuses. So here I am again. I have lost 28 of…

Happy new year!!! I think we're done with this group but I wanted to thank everyone for keeping me on track!!! I almost made it with my lowest weight a couple of days ago at 136.4 (my goal weight for 1/1 was 135), but so happy I ended the year at 137.4. Not too bad overall. Here's to a new year full of successes and…

I just got Insanity too and thought this would be a great incentive for 2012 to get fit and trim!!! Let's do it!

With the holidays and the end of the year fast approaching, I am hoping to be on track to reach my goal. November was quite a struggle month for me as I just lost all motivation and determination to lose more weight. I reached my pre-pregnancy weight and ran the 5k, yet my weight just felt like it was hovering. I got back…

Fantastic job everyone!!! November was a challenging month for me, but I did have an overall loss of 3.5 lbs!! Looking forward to December and keeping on track. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by New Years! :)

Didn't meet my Thanksgiving goal. I had originally set it at 145 but had changed it to 140 since I was tracking so well prior. I weighed in at 143.9 and I'm happy with it!!! Now I just need to get on track to hit 135 by New Years. It would be an awesome Christmas present if I hit this goal a week early :) BTW, I just…

I agree. My HRM totals are completely off from MFP and the machines.

You guys are doing so well. Thanksgiving is coming up in a few weeks!!! Let's work hard and get it for gobble gobble day! That means I have about 3 weeks before my 1st 5k run!!! YIKES!!! I was so dedicated using my Couch2 5K app on my iPhone but recently, there was an update and all my running/jogging--- logging for the…

After a crazy month of being sick and stuck in the 150's, the hard work paid off and I lost 5 lbs this week for a total of 7.7lbs for the month!! Look forward to November and December as those are my weakest months with all the holiday food! :)

You are amazing girl! What an awesome accoplishment! Truly inspiring to get me down to my goal weight!

Was sick all last week and was MIA to MFP. Ate my comfort food to get me through the week and didn't do an ounce of exercise. Finally felt well enough yesterday to start back up again. Stayed under food goals and began working out today. Gained a couple of pounds but considering where I've come, I'll take this little…

Updated spreadsheet, down 1.5 lbs! Woohoo! Completed 1st week challenge through C 2 5k and JM Ripped in 30!
-
I agree! I ate a huge meal last night and 60 min of cardio was tough. I decided today was a new day and started the morning with JM DVD and I felt much better and stronger!
-
I just tried level 2 last night just see what my HRM would say...it was 176 with moderate effort as I was still learning the new workout! I'm wondering what your HRM read :)

Just wanted to say that I hit my Halloween goal of 155 today!! Yippee!!! I think I'm going to have to re-adjust my goals but it makes me feel great to keep on track. I have always tried quick diet fixes and they never worked. This time, I'm eating the right foods, exercising and happy with my steady progress! Thanks…

You're doing awesome and on your way to reaching your Halloween goal. TOM is definitely hard to track with all the water weight :) Have a great week!

Hi everyone!!! Wow! everone is doing such a great job with loss and on their way to reaching the Halloween goals :) My weight is slowly coming off as I add more cardio (Zumba, C 2 5k, JM Ripped in 30 and elliptical) and I think I'm on track to reach my Halloween goal. So excited! I hope everyone has a fabulous week!!!

I noticed that my calories burned from day 1 to now has been slowing declining from 230 to 175. I think I'm adapting to level 1. It sounds like it'll spike up again when I hit level 2...yikes!!!
