Oh absolutely! Every little bit helps!! In the winter time I used to slap on my HRM and dance around my room like a fool to get in an extra 20 minutes of calorie burning!! When I did it, I would just make sure the total time was 20+ minutes http://collegecookingandironchefamerica.blogspot.com/
