lol, I guzzled down 3 more cups after reading it. it did say the larger size people need more water.. lol But yes i agree the toileting is not a good thing, need to train the bladder lol cause its ridicoulous. lol

I find doing my dairy for the day sets me up awesome, as I know what Im to achieve for the day. x each day we make new changes without even knowing it somethings. But good for you, and keep up the good work. x

lol sorry I had to laugh cause of the Tiger stripes sorry!...Bio oil is really good, although i have the apron stomach I dont have stretch marks well not that much.. and the bio oil really helped!
