I agree with others about trying something new. You will not do something you don't enjoy doing. Find something you enjoy and do it. Mix it up and enjoy it. I want to eat a few days before, during and after. It's a struggle for about a week and a half out of every month. UGH!!!! But luckily, I don't get heavy cramping. I just bloat and gain about 5 pounds. Double-ugh!

It sounds like you're doing everything right. I would just maybe throw in some different exercises that include the family like hiking or playing tag. I noticed that when I added a new activity that challenged my body in new ways it helped me kickstart my weight loss again. Good luck and keep on truckin'!
