Today I am at 14 glasses of water (112 oz), did my kicks, and bicycle. Also did the shuffle and 25 wall push ups. (I forgot we were doing mountain climbers, and I'm too tired to do them now!) This may be TMI, but has anyone else noticed that when you are drinking all that water, you have to "go" more frequently, but the…

Ace, you have done an amazing job so far, and I am sure that will continue. I won't make my weight either, but that's ok. We are still way ahead of where we were, and miles ahead of where we would have been without this.

Busy day at work today-Got in 112 oz of water did my kicks and crunches, and did the shuffles too. (I did them yesterday, but forgot with all the other stuff!) I was also teaching classes today for 6 hours, standing and walking around the classroom. I don't know how teachers do that every day. My feet are killing me! But…

Glad you are feeling better! Hope your children are too.

Hi Everyone! I'm at 112 oz of water today (I guess the fear of burpees will do what nothing else will!), did my bicycle crunches, modified mountain climbers and donkey kicks. But I do them on my bed (its a firm mattress) because I can't get up and down from the floor. Or so I thought! I had to get down on the floor today…

You need to rest and take care of yourself first! Doing too much too soon will only get you sick again. Hope you (and your children) are feeling better.

For Monday: Drank 104 oz of water (and almost didn't make it to the ladies room!), did my kicks and bicycle (that was harder than I thought!). I also modified the mountain climbers to do them against my desk (I was alone in the office!), but did them. What really was hard was the shuffle. I could only do 1 minute at a time…

That is fantastic!! Lots of water this week, exercise and veggies! I am pulling for you to reach onederland!!

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving! It was fairly quiet here, but nice. My weight stayed the same (and is posted on the spreadsheet), but I didn't gain so that is a positive. Have a great week!

Wear something that you feel special in-maybe something he complimented you on. It will help remind you of happier times. So sorry for your loss.

Hi Everyone-I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Here is my stats for the week: Leg lifts-did 2 sets of 12 every day. 10K-I completed it, although it took about 90 minutes over the course of the week. I did do a 10K on the bike in 35 minutes though! (I know it's a 3:1 ratio, but I still went that far!) Under in…

I even got 1/4 of a blueberry pie (my favorite!) for myself. No one else likes it, so I usually eat the whole pie. Everyone else wants cheesecake, and I don't like it, so I am more than willing to get it for them!

Progress for today: I'm at 96 oz of water, so I will drink another glass before bed to get it to over 100 for the day. Yeah me! I also did all 48 leg lifts, 25 pushups (I know it was part of the penalty, but it is one that when modified I like to do!) and walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes. I was also way under on my sodium…

Like me! Although I usually don't get the full 100, I'm at 80 consistantly now. Getting back to the gym may just push me over that.
-
Glad for the sodium challenge-this was a problem for me last week. And really glad today counts, 'cause I was under today!
-
Maintained this week which was not bad because sodium was an issue. Hope others had a better week!
-
I have flaked out this week with posting, but not with our challenges! I only made the 100 oz one day, but I have been at 80 oz or more every day. Since I usually drank very little water, this is an accomplishment for me. My fiber and protien were over every day-even when I had chinese food for dinner one night, I chose…
-
I had to review to remember everything! This is what I have-someone please correct me if I missed something! MM challenge-2 sets of "woodchoppers" 15 reps to each side, reach your daily protien and fiber goals (beginning goal, not after you add exercise) and optional 30 crunches. Team challenge-100 oz of water, 15 min. of…

That was going to be my plan. This is going to be a very challenging week!

Well, at least I can get credit for riding the bike too! I think adding strength training will be great for us!
-
Seeing as Tonya is not feeling well, maybe we should start something ourselves-at least until she feels better! From the previous posts, walking/moving seems to push people harder, but some of us are just starting out. What about going back to the walking, but including a bike ride-2 miles on the bike equals 1 mile…

Love Niagra Falls-it's so beautiful. I didn't know they lowered the levels! Glad you had a great day!
-
Still great! You will make it soon!

Weight is 220 today-down another 2 lbs. It's early in the AM, but I know I will get at least 80 oz of water (don't feel as well if I don't!), will do my jj (at least 25) and 21"s. Home today, so good meals planned-should get at least 5 f/v in today. Got 2 already! Hope everyone else had a good week!
-
Sorry about your grandpa-it's a hard time to go through. I know you will get back on track, one day at a time. Some of the stress will be relieved now that bf ha a job and you are physically feeling better. Now back to the gym with you!
-
Water was at 80-still struggling to get to 100 regularly. Veggies no problem at 5. Did my 25 jj and 2 sets of 21's. Bought a new coat today, down 2 full sizes and in RED! I think it looks pretty good if I do say so myself. (Hubby said so too, and he never pays compliments!)
-
Hope you are feeling better.
-
Thursday-80 oz water, 4 f/v, 25 jumping jacks and 2 sets of 21's.
-
I hope everyone is having a great week!
-
"Only" 10 glasses of water today-but I got in at least 3 veggies/fruits, did my jumping jacks (25 modified) and a set of 21's before I ran out of time and had to get some stuff done! It's a crazy week at work (at 40 hours with 2 days to go!) but I love it. Just not very conductive to exercising!
