Crazy, stressful, fun day at work today! Only got in 8 glasses of water today-was working an associate event at work and we ran out! So proud of myself!! I did 10 REAL jumping jacks (no modifications!) before my back and knees really protested and then did 25 modified ones. Really got the heartrate up! Also did my 21's, ate 4 servings f/v and drank 104 oz water. Was going to try to do pushups too, but I'm too tired!

And while my bladder is a bit unhappy, the rest of me is getting used to all the water. When I did not drink it all yesterday (car shopping with hubby) I really felt it!

The steriods will play havoc! My son was on them for 6 months. One thing the doctor told us (and worked for my son) is to be very careful with sodium. Got 120 oz of water (and am going to cause plumbing problems at work being in there so often!) and walked 2 miles today. For tomorrow, I will get in the water and try to get to the gym. Maybe I can do more miles on the elliptical and then the treadmill. I will do my best!

There are shows onDemand (cable) that have you walking along (in place) for 20 minutes and it is a mile. The challenge is doing it while no one else in the family is watching! We only have one TV (I know it's old fashioned!) so if they are watching something, I am out of luck.

Today's update: drank 120 oz water at least and walked 1.5 miles today. We had an associate event today and I saw several people that had not seen me since April and they were amazed at the weight loss. It felt good to be validated and made it much easier to avoid the snacks that were provided!

For today (Wednesday), I have gotten in 118 oz so far and walked 2.5 miles (there is no rule that says I have to do it all at once!). I also did 25 wall push ups to support the punished team. Besides, I like doing those! I think tomorrow to make those harder, I will use the desk instead of the wall. Eventually I will work…

Water intake is at 13 glasses. Mileage is a different story-I had to wear heels today and my feet are really protesting. Still managed 1/2 mile at lunch (and another 1/2 mile going to the bathroom!) No dress shoes tomorrow, so I should get at least 2 miles in.

Walked 1.5 miles today and drank 13 cups of water. (Which is about 12 more than usual lately!) Hope everyone else had a good day!

Are you sure you are hungry and not just thirsty or tired? When I really crave carbs, it usually is because I am tired. However, when you have to keep going, it's tough! Another trick is to brush your teeth. It works for almost any craving because who wants to eat with minty fresh breath? Good luck in your journey!
