I was quite worried as I have never done a 75lb push press - but I PR'd the push press and was able to get 3 rounds + 15 box jumps. I was beat!!!

My Open 12.2 was 30 - I finished the 45lbs rather quickly and then for the last 6 or 7 minutes was working on the 75 lbs - I was so close but just couldn't get it over head. I am pleased with my results as I have done the snatch maybe 2 or 3 times before this.

I signed up as well - I have no intention of making it anywhere but I figured it was a good challenge for myself. First WOD - AMRAP 7 min: BURPEES : 60 I did not do that great but in my defense it was my first WOD back after having the flu.

Always have a full stomach - as soon as you get hungry it will get worse. I always had pregnancy sickness - with my second child I went on "Diclectin" - it is a miracle drug!!!! I am from Canada so not sure what it might be called where you live - but it saved me!!!

I am 5'8 and I am almost at my goal of 135!! (2 pounds to go!!!) I have a small frame and in my early teens and 20's was sickly thin at 110 - I was in a very physical job and couldn't gain weight if I tried - now 10 years later and 3 children I really just need to build muscle and get lean!!

Well - they both weigh 5 lbs - one is very lean and the other not so much. 5lbs of fat takes up more space!!!
