I can do 2-3 unassisted and use the bands for the rest. I did however do 25 hanging knees to elbows the other day!!!

I love lifting - wish I could do it more - right now I lift 2 times a week. Here are my personal records: Front squat - 110 lbs Jerk - 105 lbs Bench - 85 lbs During my Kettle Bell class I use a 25 lb kettle bell - will move up to 30 lbs soon.

You will love and hate Crossfit - you will love what it does for your body, but hate how hard the workouts are. I just started this summer and the community of Crossfit is amazing!!!! Tell us how you do!!!

Crossfit is amazing - too bad it is expensive, if your friend can show you the basics, you could always log onto a crossfit website and do the "Work out of the day" at home! You may want to check out Bodyrock TV - she has some great workouts as well - and all for free!!!

I am not sure where you are - but I buy Pita Bites by Sensible Solutions from Costco - they have 0 grams of sugar and are only 120 calories for 9 crackers - really yummy too!!!

Yes they do unfortunately - but really it only calculates a pulse signal and isn't very accurate when using it as a calorie counter. I've seen them at department stores.

Just wondering if you are wearing the Polar FT using a chest strap by your heart or on your wrist ? I have heard you won't get really accurate results unless you use the chest strap. I've got some links that I'll post later once I find them.
