I too like the Winsor Pilates DVD's - I got mine at Costco a few years back, mine comes with a resistance band. The Ab DVD is killer!!

I am 5'9 and I am so happy to be here - people don't understand my need to get fit and healthy - because as you all know we tall girls can hide the weight. Its not even about the number on the scale for me as much as it is losing inches and gaining muscle.

MFP has set your calorie intake at 1200 so that if you were to do nothing you would lose .5 pounds a week - however you can lose more if you work out - just remember when you work out always to eat back the calories to at least 1200. Your body needs fuel, especially if you are dieting and excercising. Hope this makes sense.

Beautiful weather today in Southern Ontario - so I went for a 30 minute walk....along the way I ran some outdoor stairs (5 times), made myself stop at every bench I came across and do 5 push ups, did some pushups and stretching on the grass and headed home. I feel great!!!!
