You could do cold cut wraps! Use cold cuts and wrap cheese, lettuce, veggies or whatever in them and stick them in the fridge.

oh..and I don't log daily housework. If it's above and beyond what I normally do (such as mowing the lawn) then I'll log it but laundry or cleaning (unless its DEEP cleaning where I'm moving furniture and stuff), I don't log it

I don't log my coffee (little cream and sugar). The only time I log it is if I go somewhere and get a latte or mocha. Then I log it...but my morning coffee...nope Other than that, I pretty much log everything...

I tend to do it a day at a time. At least breakfast and lunch. I usually log dinner too but by the time I get to that point, a lot of times what I want will change.

I pretty much only drink water. Besides the cup of coffee I have in the morning, that's all I drink. I couldn't tell you how many glasses but it's a lot. :) My only suggestion is to not chug a bunch of water then step on the scale.

I think it's hard to say. My heaviest was 208. I'm about 145 now. Some days I really see the difference and some days I still see me the old me. I think it depends on my moods

I found that as long as I stay within my calorie goal, it doesn't really make a difference what I eat. I try to make better choices but I live 90 miles from town and only make the trip to the grocery store once a week if that. I am dependent on myself for every meal. I usually log my days the morning of or the night before. It helps me plan my day out and know what I can/can't have. I normally put in my breakfast, lunch and dinner before then I know what I have "left over" for snacks. I should add that I do log my coffee if I stop and get a mocha or latte somewhere but those events are few and far between....

I drink coffee every day. Usually 2 cups on work days. 1 while I'm getting ready and 1 in a travel mug. I add a little cream and sugar. I have continued to lose weight while drinking coffee and I never log my coffee, cream or sugar either. I never have and it hasn't affected my progress at all.

I just stick to calories and that hasn't affected my progress. It was too much for me to try and track everything.

If my weight remains up from my last logged weight for more than about 2 weeks, then I log it to give me more motivation to get it down. If it's up for a few days or a week then usually not because then it's usually due to water retention

Veggies are always a great snack and low calorie.
