I've been called back on both the mammas I've had only for them to say..oh its nothing.

First of all..don't sit down after your workout. Take a shower, keep moving. It takes time to recover. What you are experiencing sounds extreme and a dr visit might be in order. Or perhaps your perception of it is extreme?

Liposuction is for spot reduction when all else fails and you are at your goal weight for a number of months.

I started the way you did..last year..almost a year ago now. I am running my first half marathon next month..that's 13.1 miles. You most certainly can join your friend. Use the couch to 5K and jump in to the program with both feet. It' squire doable for almost anyone. My husband..who is 59..just started it this week!

I need evert bit of that 1800-2000 calories when I am running and working out pretty hard. No way I get stuffed on 800 calories..unless it's one meal..lol
-
I lost 10 pounds BUT...it was because of the calorie deficit, not because of the product per se. I love not having to think about a couple meals a day and it was a great jump start but not a long term answer. I did it only one month.

I drink about that much first thing in the morning and never have constipation issues but I don't have stomach cramps either.

I am up to 21 so far...14 biking, 7 jogging

I need help too..can someone help me figure it? I am 47 155 pounds, 64 inches I want to lose 15 pounds minimum. I walk/jog/bike daily for 45-60 minutes at a moderate speed.
-
I walk on my treadmill during my baby's nap time. Shower then too

So right now I am 175, I am trying to eat at 1500 calories which is the 1200 MFP gives me plus about 300 for exercise I do almost every single day. My TDEE is 2310 which I think is very high for me and I didn't even account for the fact that I exercise 7 days a week. So I SHOULD eat about what, 1800 calories to lose…
-
I guess that is true. I mean, I know if I stay at 1500 calories given my level of activity, the weight comes off.
-
Well that is sad. According to this calculator http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/ it is 38.8%. Blah But according to this one http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/cbbf/ it is only 25.5...which seems more likely? A good maintainable weight for me is 145...if that helps
-
I guessed and I really have no idea. I am sure it is high/ I am 5 foot 4 and 175. Have lost 36 pounds this year.
-
Thanks I will

I can see I need to study this more. WHy is there such a difference between teh regular BMR and the KM BMR numbers? It's like 500 calories? Ok maybe I wasnt' using the KM BMR calculator right. I didn't know my body fat percentage so I left it blank. If I put in 30% it gives me around 1500. How do you figure out your BF…
-
Sorry was is TDEE? FP gives me 1200 calories a day plus my exercise calories so I usually eat around 1500 calories. My KM-BMR is way above that. I don't think I would lose any weight at all eating 2000 calories a day
-
So how does this apply to my weight loss goals? I need to eat less than my BMR correct? A regular BMR calculator tells me 1500.85 while the Klatch BMR says 2084.58

I walk 2 miles 4 times a week so I am going to challenge myself to a couple more miles each week...I will go for 40!
