  • Unfortunately, I've gained some weight back. However, I am not discouraged. I think that not recording calories on my vacation made it difficult. Some days we got a lot of exercise (hiking and horseback riding). However, other days we spent a lot of time in the car, and I probably ate too many chips!!

  • I've tried drinking water, and it doesn't seem to satisfy me. I could try decaffeinated green tea. Actually, herbal tea might work. It wouldn't keep me up, but has some flavor.

  • I understand. I took my walk yesterday without wearing sunscreen. I had on a hat, but was not in the mood to put on all that stuff. Of course, I paid the price. I've had the most luck with aloe vera. The spray aloe vera is nice if you can't stand to touch your skin.
