  • Here are a few snack ideas: *Hard-boiled eggs ('tis the season!) *Beef jerky (I don't do meat but I hear it's best to buy the nitrate-free kind like at Trader Joe's) *Cottage cheese *Apple with almond butter *Protein shake/smoothie - eat half mid-morning and half mid-afternoon Just a few.
