I had them for years, and loved them! EDIT: They didn't increase sensation for me. I just loved how they looked :) Had to remove them because one started rejecting and just never got them done again. #sadpandaface

I'm 4'11", and weigh 104 lbs. Lost the majority of my weight at 1,395 cals and now I'm maintaining at 1600. I'll echo the sentiment of I'd rather eat my calories than drink them. I don't think there's anything wrong with treating yourself to a regular soda from time to time, but man - the calories and sugar add up in those things!!!
