Lately I have just been walking miles and I am going to work my way up to running, but here outside it is just too hot. I nearly dehydrated today. I got a bad headache and was so nauseous, so I advise you stay hydrated! Don't start off doing too much. Maybe start walking and running before you full out run the whole time.

I also was a big coffee drinker. All the sugary starbuck fancy coffee's. I would have them so often.

Yes for many reasons. I can keep track of my calories, but also each time I log in there is someone there for support, which I know is just as important as calorie counting. I also find healthy recipe ideas on here each day, so I am always excited to try some new healthy foods verses something bad for me!

I wish I could drink it black, but I just can't take the bitter taste. I'm trying to avoid Splenda, but I guess once and a while won't hurt.

Well in the late morning I go to the track and walk for 2 miles. Then at about 7:30PM I go to the gym.

Yea, I do work out every single day. Thursdays and Sundays I don't go to the gym, but I do a 2 mile walk. Every other day I walk 2 miles and then go to the gym as well.

Same here! I also love sweet potato fries and I found a way on youtube to make them homemade in the oven! Can't wait to try that too :)

Walked 2 miles (burned around 300 calories) and going to the gym later to to do cardio and ab workout. (burning about 500 calories)
