I'm in college as well and I know how tempting it can be, especially with drinking, late night pizza runs, and the dining hall choices. Next year I won't have a meal plan so hopefully that will help me make better decisions when it comes to eating. Add me as a friend if you like and we can encourage eachother :)

I walk 2 miles anytime between 2pm - 3pm, but it is HOT outside. Then I go to the gym at about 7:30pm every evening.

Since I have the app on my cellphone I usually just type in what I eat after I eat it. So I post track :)

My second semester of college last year I took a Zumba class and Aerobics class, which was really cool! I also got class credit for them! Exercising for class credit is a big motivation for me (especially because you could only miss 2 classes before you loose credit!)

Exactly! Great to find people that can relate. Sad thing is, we have gyms in the basement of our dorm buildings and I still didn't go very often. This year I want to change that. We can do it :)

I usually fill a large glass up of water, ice, and some lemon and sip/refill until bedtime!

Dairy Queen would be okay once and a while, I would not recommend it weekly or anything. You should try frozen yogurt. Less calories and it tastes great. There are many self serve frozen yogurt places where I am from. This is good to help you control your own portion size and put whatever toppings on that you want. There…
