I was thinking that, maybe as Aerobics General ? There's plenty on for the wii but atleast the wii helps give you some idea of the calories you use, xbox needs a feature like this :indifferent:

I've started having water when I think I'm hungry, or going for a walk with the dog. If i still want something after that, I'm probably hungry not just wanting a quick fix, so i'll make something to eat, plus that walk will having burned a few calories too

I have the same fear of going to a Zumba Class, I feel so un-co-ordinated ... I have trouble just copying instructor, I don't have this for the wii but i've heard great things about it. I would like it for the 360.

As a kid I loved water, then it got to things like cola, then tea and then coffee. I've noticed now at home I often barely drink the tea or coffee's I make anymore.
