Wow. Good for her!

Agree 100%. Unless you are willing to work for free, don't expect to download videos or music for free. It's no different than walking into Wal-Mart and putting it in your pocket without paying for it.

And don't believe the "calories burned" on MFP or any machines at the gym. They're generally much higher than is truly accurate. I'm doing about an hour of exercise a day (dripping sweat), but I'm not burning the 7 or 800 calories it says I am. Probably more like 4 or 500. I am not eating any of my exercise calories and…

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLY! I always look at a dramatic before and after pic before I work out.....to inspire me. Something tells me the lunges will be a little deeper, the cardio a little more intense. Amazing accomplishment.

Thanks Amy! I'm doing 35 mins of ellliptical on top of it everyday. I am noticing i am getting much better at level 1 after just 5 workouts. I don't expect to be able to do "boy" pushups for a while anyway, so there's no point in waiting around for those. Maybe I will try Level 2 on Day 11 and see how it feels. If it's…

Question: is it essential to move levels after 10 days? What if you haven't quite mastered the level before? Still move on? I was planning on doing level one until I had it mastered and then move on, whenever that was. But, if doing it 10, 10 and 10 is actually part of the formula, i will do that. Please let me know!!!!…

You can also download it from Itunes for $9.99 if you don't mind following on your computer instead of dvd-tv.

Go to the message boards and read the Success Story threads. You will be inspired by people who have achieved so much. And hopefully you will see that you have to EAT and exercise to lose weight and keep it off. Good Luck~!

Most poeple put in 20 or 25 minutes of circuit training in the cardio section. I find the calories burned to be unrealistically high. They all are. Doesn't matter to me at this point because I'm not eating my exercise calories. I think the thing to do is get a really good HRM. By most accounts that is the most accurate…

good for you! I don't think it's vain necessarily. I just think so many of us are used to looking in the mirror and saying to ourselves "ugh, you look awful". So, when you look and say "you're looking pretty good!" it's a big 180. Enjoy those moments. Don't beat yourself up for them. You're achieving great things!
-
That looks like a lot more than 21 pounds! Great results!
-
You are forgiven. Your penance is do your miles today and not beat yourself up for a night in front of the telly! As long as you get back on the wagon, no harm, no foul.

Keep going. The sore goes away, it really does. Unless you're injured, work through the sore.
-
I just finished Day 5. It's hard, there's no two ways about it. But, it's not long and you will know it's working by how sore you are when you begin. I ALMOST took a day off to recuperate after Day 2. I'm glad I didn't. I pushed through the sore and I'm hardly sore at all anymore. I had a stellar strong workout on Day 4, a…

The hunt is on to find this in Kenya! I know I should be drinking green tea, but that aftertaste! ugh. It tastes like dirt to me. And those flavourings like mint just make it taste like mint with dirt in it.

Just about anything by Pink. Trouble is my latest fave. Also, a tune that is pretty big in the UK by Tine Tempah (spelling?) called Wonderman. You can find it under his name in ITunes, but for some reason doesn't come up when you search the song. It's a bit cheesy, but for some reason i'm addicted.

I LOVE this. I will be possibly without internet for a week in August. That is exactly what I'm going to do! Thanks :)
-
Oh, i can't WAIT to feel like that. But, I'm not envious, just inspired. Way to go!
-
Im a day behind most of you, Day 4, L1 done. Good news though: I'm not nearly as sore as I was after Day 1 and Day 2. But even better than that? I actually did ALL the reps except I paused a couple times during the bicycle crunches. I'm also still doing modified push ups, but I am pretty stoked that I have improved in just…

Thank you so much for the inspiration!

Did you know that if you do need to grab breakfast on the go, that you can ask for NO MARGARINE on an Egg McMuffin? True story. It's not a bad choice at all.

CRAP I just realized 30 day Shred is only 25 minutes, even if you include the warm up and cool down (which I am). I'm adjusting my numbers. And starting to add another five minutes of cardio. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. une 1 45 minutes Zumba Tone and Sculpt 35 minutes elliptical = 80/1440 June2 60 minutes Zumba Advanced = 145/1440…

If you are having trouble seeing it, then let me tell you. The single most obvious spot is your hips/stomach. You have lost inches and inches and inches. Same with your arms, your legs, your face, your neck. Any spot that's visible in the picture is down. Not just a little. A LOT. Congratulations. It's an amazing…

I have VERY hard tile and my mat is just not enough for my modified pushups. I found a regular bath towel rolled up at the end of my mat works as a great knee pad AND neck pillow to get myself properly aligned for the ab portions.

61 pounds looks like 100. Seriously, I can not believe your results. They are inspiring to say the least.

I'm just a few days in, so no expert, but i'm doing more. 30 minutes on the elliptical so far. I think you need some endurance cardio, jogging, brisk walking, intervals on the treadmill or elliptical. My muscles are screaming from Jillian at the moment, so i'm just doing 30 minutes of fairly low resistance on the…

I'm 5, 6 and a half. I was 125 pounds once, size four jeans AND 10 pounds underweight. It was from being sick, not being healthy.

Way to Go. You look fantastic. You know what is a great accomplishment? You ONLY went up five pounds befor eyou put yourself back on track. Can you honestly say you've EVER done that before???? That's a huge success.
