  • plain mint tea, jubjube or red twizzlers can help but avoid dairy, that's a myth and actually makes most causes of heartburn worse.
  • No problem at all. Congrats on getting 1,000 in when you're sick. That's an accomplishment in itself. Sleep and drink fluids. That's ALL your body needs for several days.

  • I use my elliptical two ways. Sometimes with very little resistance and just go quickly (like running) and go for well over half an hour, working up a real sweat. Or I will turn the resistance up a lot and use it as a sort of strength training tool.
