I liked level 2 much better than level 1 and Level 3 better than level 2. Level 1 was the worst. Everyone is different, so don't let it scare you.

I think it averages about 10 pounds the lower the size, but higher sizes can be much more. Something else to remember with jeans....do they have any "stretch" or elastic in them? I agree. I don't do 15 minutes, but I certainly let Jillian do her thing and stretch/cooldown for at least two to three times what she does. I think she rushes through it so they can keep it under 30 minutes. I'd rather take a few more minutes and be looser!! Good advice

I had great success with just continuing when I experience soreness during 30DS. I think it actually lessened the soreness. After Day 2-4 I had some muscle exhaustion, but never any real soreness again (have 2 days left). Good Luck!!!! it's a great workout!

I stopped using Splenda and my chronic digestive issues immediately improved by at least 50%. And it seems to be getting better by the day. I'm not sure if the entire problem, but unbeknownst to me it was REALLY irritating things.

Day 8, Level 3. About 70% with Natalie. Two more Shreds to go.....a few days off for a Brazilian blowdry and then ROUND TWO!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so much stronger! I am almost excited to start Level 1 again just to see the progress I've made.

I burn about 400 calories or maybe 500. I do 60-90 minutes of HARD exercise a day. If i listened to the MFP calorie count or the machine caloire count, it would tell me I've burned 800 calories a day. That is simply not true, its WAY over what I'm actually burning.
