Its a 27 min workout DVD from Jillian Michaels. It consists of a warm up then 3 circuits of 3 mins of strength/2 mins of cardio/1 min of abs. Then a short cool down. We use the iron gym. However I still can't do a real chin up, so I use the chair like he shows how to modify in the DVD or I use resistance bands and hook them over the bar.

Thanks everyone. I started doing 30 DS at lunch. So I would do it 5 days a week and then try to do a little something on the weekends. It probably took me a little more than the 30 days. I am 5'6 and started at 178.4. Currently at 158.4. My goal was originally set at 150. But I may revisit when I get there. Still have some work to do on toning esp in my legs and butt. First time posting pics so hope this works Dana ]

Have you used the recipes tab before? I just found it recently and love it! Under the food tab, click on recipes, and add new recipes. You can put in all your ingriedients and how many people it serves, then it calculates for you. You can save it and add a serving to your diary. I have been entering all my go to recipes…

Me too. I don't do it everyday about three days a week, with pilates and other stuff in between. I am starting Level 3 today but already down 11 lbs and 15 inches. I have noticed alot of toning and muscle definition starting.

I love Cheddars! I ALWAYS get Tilapia with Mango salsa/green beans/house salad w/ vinagrette. The fish comes over a rice pilaf so I try not to eat much of that and it's so much food I usually only eat half anyway. I had one on Saturday for the first time and it was just chicken, tortilla and lettuce and tomato. So I am assuming since it came that way straight from the menu, thats 150 calories. Cheese and sour cream would def. be more.

I was on here 3 weeks or so before I lost anything. I didn't start notcing until I added weights/strength training to my routines. I also measure periodically, because that helps when I don't see the scale moving. Good luck, just keep it up. I always have to tell myself slow and steady wins the race. :)
