I started on 8/1 and still hating it. HAHA. I did ok thru the first test but the first workout I got overheated and threw up. I am just making myself continue with it and hope it will get easier. Good to see everyone else is doing it too, or others who have completed it says it does get easier. I have no problems with…

Wow! You have made wonderful progress. It looks like you lost more than 40 lbs to me. Good luck on your continued journey, I am sure you will meet your goals in no time.

You look great. Your story had me tearing up. It's inspiring to see a "man" care so deeply for his daughter and make a positive change for her. She is adorable. Diggin your batman shirt too :). Keep up the great work.

I workout at work on my breaks and my lunch. This may not be an option for you, but I have a gym at work so I am lucky. I also have two kids and I went back to school and finished and my husband just finished his masters. I do abs/weights on my breaks and 30 day shred on my lunch break then eat at my desk. I usually cook…

I just started level 3 today, OMG!! This is my second time doing it though. The first round I 'only' lost 7 lbs but around 10 inches. Take measurements and pictures sometimes the scale lies. Just do what you can and modify when you need to. When I started I could barely get thru the cardio. But you will be surprised how…

You have made a signifcant change. I know it is easy to get caught up with the number on the scale but you need to be in this for the long term. If it makes you feel any better, it took me over a year to lose 25-30 lbs. Don't give up on yourself. It will take time, but the rewards will be well worth it.

Congrats. I just finished day 2 too! And yes I am super sore. However...keep it up. That is one of the main things that got me my results. I lost about 7 lbs I think the first rounds but over 10 inches. If you haven't yet, take pics and do measurements. You will be pleasantly surprised. Dana

Life happens. This is a lifestyle change, not a "diet", and we are all in it for the long run. Don't beat yourself up. Just don't let it turn into a week of bad eating. You have the right mindset and you can do this! Good Luck

My calves are big too. 14". I wear and 6/8 also. It took forever to find comfortable boots. I finally found some skinny jeans at Kohls. I have two pair of the jean ones that are Elle brand and One pair of black ones that are Gloria Vanderbilt and they fit good. They are more like stretchy leggings but they are the best…

Congrats on finding your motivation again. I agree. People don't realize what their one post could mean to someone or just a quick message to check on them. We all know life can get in the way sometimes. 2.5 lbs is awesome. Good luck on reaching your future goals.

Great story. You have definitely overcome quite a bit. And you look great. I can't get over how tall you are standing and how happy you look. You especially look shapely in the red top in the after pics. Congratulations!

That's awesome. It's always nice when other people notice. Congrats on your loss. You are well on your way.

Agree with the Shred and a calorie deficit. Here were my results. Hope the pic works. And I have built a little more muscle in my back and lost about 5 more lbs since this pic.

That is a great idea. I wish I would have thought of that. I really enjoyed reading. Congrats on your 56 lb loss! That is huge. Good luck on your continued journey. You have already changed your mindframe and made a lifestyle change. Dana P.S. Sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. Impressive that you stuck to your…

I also saw on Dashing Dish where you take a empty can (soup size) and flip it upside down on a cookie sheet. Then you just drape the tortilla over that and baked it. Be careful when removing from oven, obviously the can will be hot. I did it with the big low carb wraps and it worked great.

That is so awesome. It is definitely a motivator when other people start to notice. Keep up the good work.
-
You made me tear up. I am so happy for you! That is the best news ever.

I see a big change in your waist/stomach. Keep up the great work. I think you will definitely need a smaller size by the end of July. Great job! The dress is beautiful too. Looks very nice with your skin tone. Dana
