My Summer Change! (W/PICS)

I started wanting to get in shape at the beginning of summer. The first couple months I was only changing the exercise aspect of my life style and I got very discouraged from the lack of results. So I started slacking and not doing it as much. Then a couple months ago my moms friend had us try Body By Vi's 90 Day Challenge. I have been on that for about 8 weeks now and have had great results from it. I then started watching what I eat through MFP. It has been an amazing help! All the workouts I have done have been at home (DDP Yoga, 30DS, RI30, Yoga Meltdown, and Six pack in six weeks.) I also started running three days a week and over the past two weeks I started lifting at the gym 3 days a week. I've lost 13 inches over all and 7lbs. I have a long ways to go, but I am closer to my goal than I was! :drinker:
