25 min on the treadmill. Four sprints for 60 seconds each sprint with 2 min jog in between - highest incline at 4.0 & running at 6.0 max speed on the 4th sprint. Cool down 5 min

I typically use Friday nights as my cheat/rest day/night...... I treat myself to a couple of cocktails or indulge in ice cream/pasta dinner or the like. UUUGH, if it makes anyone feel better. 20 minutes into a interval workout on the elliptical... my damned sport bra back strap fails. All this working out & dieting and the boobs feel like they are getting bigger. Nontheless,...powered through another 30 minutes.. Didn't care a bit!! :-)
