I did it for a while. The 20 pounds per month is seriously impossible to achieve (in my mind). Some people do it 5 days, some every other day some do it 10 days level 1 - 10 days level 2 - 10 days level 3. In my case, i didn't lose pounds but I definitaly saw a difference in my toning and endurance... =)
