Body weight exercises are safer for little ones :) Maybe try showing her how to do 'fun' workouts with you like hand stands, cart wheels, push ups, etc! They are safe for little kids and tons of fun, plus it'll take your workouts to the next level! haha

Mental block!! Challenge yourself... I tried doing the c25k program and got bored. Now I go to the park with a ton of people and run one mile at a time. I refuse to stop (making myself think that if I stop I'll look like a fool in front of all these people). Don't let your mind give out before your legs ;)

Gained 23 lbs while pregnant! I was very active until 21 weeks then a complete couch potato! I began nursing immediately after, by five weeks I had lost all 23 pounds :) I am down an EXTRA 10 pounds now at 4 months 4 weeks post partum! Congrats and good luck :D

im ebf my daughter! I dont eat back the extra 500 calories usually. You dont have to, its the same as working out. If your hungry, eat, if not dont worry about it!

The last time I received anything for valentines day was in sixth grade! My best friends boyfriend sent me a balloon and rose then she got mad at me and never spoke to me again. Valentines day stinks.
