I hate being approached while im working out. The gym is for getting sweaty not for getting sweet lol. But I guess at the end of my workout or while im stretching I wouldnt mind it.

Pack easy healthy snacks/meals and lots of them!! Pack a wrap cut in two, eat it while your charting. Fruit, protein bars etc. Easy things to eat and things you don't have to prepare!

i am now a 36g YIKES! I find that I have to wear an underwire sports bra AND tape myself to get little to no bounce. My rule of thumb for a running bra is, if its ugly, big and structured it'll work! good luck

Thanks guys!! I will be running outside. All of my workout clothes fit a fifteen pounds lighter pre pregnancy me!! I'll keep my eyes open for sales and look around more :)

I also have hypothyroidism. I take 180 twice daily of armour thyroid. I have found that if I don't take my meds, I GAIN weight. The only thing that keeps me going is my medicine.

Welcome!!! I'm a busy young mama too! I have a three week old and am really trying to get myself back together!! I've found that having a moby wrap lets me get things done and have a happy child haha

I read that breastfeeding burns approx 500 calories a day. I added to my exercise 400 cal for breastfeeding a day.
