  • I'm in Dallas, keep at it. I've dropped several sizes over the last 5 years. Just keep at it. I need mfp friends as well to keep me motivated. Paleo, low sugar exercise. Everyday. Ever meal Every time.
  • Muscle weighs more than fat. You are most likely losing fat weight and gaining muscle and toning your body down. That's the reason your losing cm and dropping sizes. Keep strength training, moving and calorie maintaining. The plateau will drop again eventually. Rejoice!!! Keep it up. Readjust to your new normal.
  • Hi Karen. I'm Patti. I just joined, have 4 kids and want to lose 20-25 lbs. I'm starting at a goal of 6 pounds...sounds doable without too much pain. I think I really need to become aware of my calorie intake, because the weight seems to creep up and I do work out already 2x a week.
