I have tried both and I honestly like MFP better. MFP allows you to build up a support network, whereas the WW website doesn't. Also, the MFP list of foods is much better- I couldn't find half the foods that I ate on WW (especially if it was a competitive product of their's, like a Lean Cuisine meal). I wasn't motivated to…

Swimming is a great workout (especially in the hot summers), walking (definitely agree with it being a build up exercise), join a recreational league (softball, tennis, soccer, etc.), Wii Fit or other gaming consoles have great games out, push-ups, sit-ups, hula hooping, etc. There are so many exercises to try- why not try…

I went through the exact same thing a few years ago. The biopsy sucked (despite what the doctor said) and it made things uncomfortable for about a week. My test results came out fine and have been clear for 2 years. I honestly wouldn't worry about anything until you know for sure; it is a lot more common than you would…

I have tried most of the kinds out there, and they are all AWESOME. The cookies and cream ice cream bars and fudge truffle ice cream bars are my favorite :). They also just came out with a line of candy products that are also pretty good.

I would stay away from diet pills, they will make you jittery and shaky. Yes, your metabolism will speed up, but not the way it should. I was having the same energy problem so I switched up my diet completely and my energy has dramatically changed. At first, I cut out processed sugar completely (now I work it in every now…

Drinking water and chewing gum helps me. You might also pick healthier snacks- carrots, celery sticks, peaches, grapes, yogurt, almonds, etc. My diary is open if you want to look- I eat 2 to 3 "snacks" per day and keep within my calorie range. Also, low cal alternatives work- skinny cow ice cream bars.and candy is…

I would say only have a "cheat day" when you have exercised enough to cancel it out. Go to the gym or take a walk for an hour and that will cancel out the bad. Plus, working out personally gives me to motivation to eat healthier, so I will minimize the damage done. If you do have an overwhelming urge to cheat, I would…

I would suggest sugar free gum. I also walk around for a few minutes if I start noticing myself wanting a snack (because of boredom, not hunger). Walk to the restroom, "forget" something in your car that you need to go grab, get more water, etc. It tends to keep me distracted and no longer thinking about food.
