  • I struggle with lunges too, it’s a balance thing for me, I’ve found that incorporating some yoga that focuses on balance has helped me out with that, I can also do backwards, side, and curtsy lunges better then traditional forward lunges.

  • I’ve heard it takes a little bit to calibrate for accuracy, but I can say that mine is spot on, I lose or gain for that matter within 0.1lb of what I would expect based on the numbers from my watch and logging my food.

I’ve tried IF and had really good results but holy cow do I get hungry lol. 16:8 was just too long for me to go without eating, so now it’s more like 14:10.   • The texture and flavors were great, if I had not been the one to make them, I would have thought they were regular brownies. My kids and husband all commented on how good they were, they did not know it was a “healthy” recipe. They just thought I made regular brownies as a treat.
