Pure Protein bars have the lowest sugar that I've seen in a readily avaliable bar. 3g sugar 31g protein

I was the same way when I first started and it drove me crazy! After a while it just depressed me, so I had to stop for a while. I now have a better relationship with food.

I don't sweat that much either. Instead I turn beet red in my face and it lasts for at least an hour when I'm done. I've had people ask me if I'm ok I'm that red...

I run either outdoors or on an indoor track. So far, it's only happened while running and begins at the 1-1.5mi run. I've done about 8-10 runs in them varying from 1.5-3mi each time, so I figured they would be broken in by now.

If you're looking to go into the USMC, you may want to read up on their tattoo regs, they've gotten very strict over the past few years and it looks like you have a lot of visible ones that may already be a disqualifier :/

I'm 5'8 and going for 164 to start and then 150 as a final. 164 puts me out of the overweight category and more/less where I sat in high school before joining the Air Force. For starters, I need to get to 180 for Air Force officer training.

I will tell you that I had issues losing weight off that bat and it was even harder since I chose not to breastfeed. I think it's b/c of the hormone flucation. I believe all the branches of the military have a 6mth post-baby PT test. Both of mine have been 6mth 1 day after the baby was born

If this was a response to me about officers, then secruity forces goes on a non-rated board, still 6% selection rate. You don't get to pick your job as an officer unless its medical or something that requires a special degree (ie weather, engineer, scientist). You only get to pick rated (flying jobs), non-rated board,…

You're incorrect. Becoming an officer is MUCH harder than going enlisted. I'm going through the process now with a 6% selection rate.

Hi there, I'm active duty AF (8yrs). Not sure what branch you're looking at, but I'll provide my two cents. Give them a call. Explain you're situation and they will ask you a few questions as well. While you won't be able to do a contract or anything until you lose the weight, it doesn't hurt to get well informed. I went…

Thanks for the replies everyone! I don't care what type of people go to what gym (expect for people who don't clean up their weights or sit around and do nothing), so the fact that "bodybuilders" can't go or whatever is not a selling point for me. I'm military and need to drop baby weight, so when I work out, I work out…

BSN Lean Dessert. Taste great!

What's wrong with that? I love gyms that are open 24hrs. I have worked night shifts most of my career, so on my days off I'd often work out at 2AM, which was like my 2PM...
