5'8 and in the upper 170 range. Goal weight of 150-160lbs, but I'll settle for anything under 170 as that's the Navy standard.

Hi there! Well, it's been two weeks and so far so good! I honestly love this! I'm down over 6lbs (since my official weigh in number, but about 10lbs for how my body weight flucuates). I'm going to continue with the induction phase until I arrive at OCS in three weeks from today.

I'm 5'8 and am shooting for 164, but anything under 170 is fine for me and the Navy.

Thank you! Yeah, I'm not planning on drinking. This is far too important to me.

I work out 5X a week and I let my body tell me when the rest days are (or if my schedule won't permit). I typically take one in the middle of the week and another over the weekend.

Hello everyone! I'm a current Air Force E-5 that has been accepted to Navy OCS. I should be heading out to OCS in the next few months and I'm looking to meet weight stands before I leave (I met body fat instead for my application). I'm currently about 19lbs away and I'm working hard at it. Looking forward to my transition…

Wow! It's been nearly a year and a half since I started the group! I've since applied for a Navy commission and awaiting the results. Please add me as a friend, as I'm looking for more like minded people committed to this!

I love beer! My favorites would be the fall and winter seasonals. I'm originally from Cleveland, so Great Lakes Brewery is a favorite. I'm currently in Colorado, which has a lot of great breweries. My daily favorites include: Blue Moon, Sam Adams, Killians, Leinkugels, and Newcastle

I've done it when I needed to drop weight to get into the Air Force. It does work, but as soon as you start eating real food again the weight will come back on.

Thanks everyone! I will take all the considerations to heart :)

No, it hasn't. I'd probably be able to get more life out of it if I bought I new wrist strap. The 405's are around the same price as the 205's and look smaller, but I'm not sure if they're lacking the above things I care about. They have the wireless connection too.
-
Main things I care about is overall time, distance, pace, calories burned, lap splits, and something a little smaller. I have tiny wrists and the 205 is ginormous!

We aim to spend about $125 a week for a family of four, but that includes diaper, pet supplies, tolietrees. I like to plan my meals out for the week and aim to have them based on what's on sale. We don't really eat fast food or go out to eat. *This doesn't include alcohol, lol

I thought Mormons can't have any caffeine?

I'm active duty military and am required to do my PT test at 6mths post baby, so I understand were you're coming from. It sounds like its too early for you to be doing vigorous exercise. I know us military folks are told that we should be running until we can we walking at a pace of 15:00 per mile for two miles, which…
