I used to not drink any water, even less than you. No cups per day and no sips out of the drinking fountain-ew! But after talking to my doctor he told to drink half my body weight in water ounces per day while trying to lose weight. It was SO hard but what finally got me to keep it up was my skin! I'm a Tuesday morning weigher- strange I know. But maybe I'll switch to Fridays. This thread is so inspiring! It's nice to know everyone has weeks that the number on the scale doesn't change and to just keep moving forward.

Thanks both for your add! Sometimes I feel like those last few pounds are the hardest to lose! I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday so pay no mind to my food diary the next few days! :ohwell:

Fitness is so confusing...everyone always says maybe the scale stopped moving because muscle weighs more than fat. But doesn't a pound of fat and a pound of muscle both weigh a pound?

I am 4'11" and am currently at 115. Started at 122.5 and my goal is 105. Once I reach my goal my focus is to continue to just build more muscle and not look so "soft". I don't pay much mind to BMI.
