Yep CS pretty much sucks. I assume you didn't realize that customer service is actually the complaint department. I worked CS during college. I'd do the following. Tell your manager that this isn't what you thought you'd be doing. Ask if there's another alternative position that you can perform. If the answer is no (wait a…

My 3 day split looks like this: Mon - Push Tues - Max Cardio subbing ski/in-out abs for pushups Wed - Pull Thursday - Max Plyo - do the pushups, minimize the squats jumps w/ high knee abs Friday - Legs

I'm more of an Insanity buff rather than P90X. Keep in mind that P90X is supposed to still be hard when you get to day 90. Just do your best and keep up with the nutrition plan. You'll get there.
-
umm i don't get it. yes i'm a guy, but they're part of the package and SHOULD count as total weight.
-
The trick is remembering that food producers and restaurants are in business to sell FOOD not nutrition. I take crap every week for knowing what I eat and making decisions based on macros.
-
this was my surprise. don't eat them myself, but my kids love them.
-
Looks like your obliques are cutting in. Keep up the work, you'll get there. BTW you're a tad bit ahead of me.

You may want to give Jamie Eason's 12 week trainer a look over @ bodybuilding.com

Rushfit advanced calendar: Today is Core Conditioning followed by Balance & Agility. 75 mins leading to pure exhaustion over lunch.

Yeah I do it. I'm on an endless recycle back to week 4. I've pretty much maxed out @ 75 until I begin to eat at a surplus to build muscle. Taking this week off. Week 4 again on Monday.

Sexy, I know because I married her. Accent != intelligence. That said I have little patience for double negatives and the casual use of the word ain't. How's your grammar?
-
Take a look at RevAbs from BB also. It's a 90 day program split into two 45 day phases. Depending on your progress you could try Insanity after the first phase.
-
this works for me. sometimes it's pepperoni or salami instead of bacon.

If you can pace yourself through a fast (for you) 3 mile run, you can do insanity. Remember it's still hard at the end of day 63. Just push play and try to keep up. IMO once you can complete the warmup w/o stopping then you're pacing yourself correctly for the workout. Just remember to NOT take it easy on the final…

P90X generally gets high marks. I like it. But it's just CIRCUIT TRAINING. It's extreme cardio with some weights thrown in. The best results come from former football players who got fat and then lost weight. If you're skinny fat, I'd recommend a beginning weight program with a deficit for weight loss.
-
I prefer the usual 3-day split. Pull,Push,Legs. Today is Pull day :)

breakfast means 'break fast'. i usually break mine about 1 PM. The whole meal timing/six meals per days/breakfast is important thing is pretty much discredited. The 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day slogan' is used by corporations trying to sell you their breakfast food.

It's a low cal low carb diet. It is NOT a get into shape diet. It's a gotta make my weight diet. You simply burn through your bodies glycogen stores very quickly which results in a rapid temporary weight loss.

That's one of the reasons I don't log my exercise on MFP. The two things that constantly trip people up are portion size and calorie burn.
-
WW points are just a way to count calories. You get that here on MFP. I do think the weigh in's @ WW provide a lot of motivation to stick with the plan. Along with support along the way. I think you get that here also. Feel free to friend me if you want. Our goals are different I'm looking to lose my last 15-20 lbs so I…

I use the tape measure approach. It's not about the actual reading it's about the CHANGE in the reading as continue down this road. Pick a method and stick with it.
-
With guys the BRO rule is 8-10lbs for an inch. I dropped from 41" -> 34" and lost 45-50 lbs.
-
Shower, coffee and second breakfast.

waay too much fast food. I totally get that you're down to one big meal per day. But it's the wrong food. Add more to your breakfast. I do eggs and oatmeal (protein & carbs). Start brown bagging a 600 cal lunch. Reasonable dinner (salad and veggies). Remember this is more of lifestyle change than a diet change.

Mornings a little before 8 AM. (I work from home). then if it's a Rushfit 'double' day. I hit it again over lunch.
-
Don't put yourself in that position. Keep snacks in the car ie nuts or bring a snack with you. You probably know how long it'll take you to run your errands when you leave. So you already know if you've set yourself up for an "unplanned" trip through the drive- thru.

Apples are about as far as I go.

just turned 49 and still in denial :) add me if you like.

I log my workouts in a status message. A few of my friends log theirs, but change the calories burned to 1 or 2.
-
I always fall back to Insanity for my indoor cardio.
