  • Robin and Blinky, It might not be a bad idea to go to a padiatrist and have them take a look at your feet. You might also need to get arch support that is acculy fitted to your feet. The best thing is to go to an MD.
  • I have to agree with wolf. I'm 5'1.5" and 104.5 pounds. when i started on here i was 100Ibs Which is really considered under weight if i have to round up on my height.
  • I Love love love zumba. it's taught 3 days at the golds gym that i go to.
  • Yes that's too low. Normal and healthy range is between 18.5-25. You need to put on weight like the other girl said because you run the risk of becoming infertal if you lose your period. You also run the rise of getting oseoperosis... low bone density and brittle bone. You don't want that. I'm on the line as far as being…

  • That sounds like what was drilled into me from X-country, track and soccer! I have asics gel nimbus. I have a good arch that doesn't colapse. I'm running inside and outside. I mostly run out side on the track which just got re done so i'm assuming it's pretty coushoned. I'm getting slight shin splints so i have to start…

  • Are you icing your shins? you need to do that and walk on your heels will strengthen your muscle.
  • That's awsome. I'm in the same boat. I was right on the line for being under weight. I would skip meals...being a student. I walked in here a couple of day's ago with a bmi of 18.6 just .1 over the line. I guesstamated my weight at being 100Ibs just to be on the safe side. I weighed my self yesterday and was 103.4Ibs so we…
  • Hi all, I'm new on this site. I just decided a couple of weeks ago to dust of my running shoes and start running again. I started out running 1.5 miles and felt like i was going to blow a lung. Today i ran 3.2 miles thinking it was a 5k...it wasn't but i did it in 36.02 mins. I want to run the Stinson Beach Marathon in…
  • I use whey protien chocolate. It's pretty good. I like it better with milk then with water but i will drink it with both.
  • I destress by going for a run! Their is nothing like pounding pavement! I grab my iPod and running shoes and go. However, I think the punching bag would be fun also. Kitty awsome I'm 15mins north of san Fran!
  • Belle, Do you also use the chest strap with the watch? I don't know how to use my HRM. It tracks my pulse with out it. I'm mostly using the GPS on my watch but the calaries are a bonus.
  • Hey all i'm a newbie too. I'm trying to gain some pounds and run a marathon in nov.
  • Hey, You should do maintance and tone. You can't gear weight loss to a certain area. It takes from every where.
  • I would say have a piece of toast with PB on it an hour before because it's going to take that long to digest it. It's awsome and healthy because your going to need carbs to burn! There is nothing worse then a cramp during cardio! Make sure you drink water too! All though i really should practice what i preach! I didn't…
