I'm on 1200 - 1300 calories per day, I eat 1600, but it ends up as 1200. That's the best way to do it. It would be away harder if I was just eating that w/out exercise.

Whenever I have this craving I make vegan cookies whith whole wheat flour instead of all purpose and I use an all natural sweetner (not aspratame) instead of regular sugar, and I usually some nuts, seeds, and dried fruits in it to make it healthier. Hope this helps :)
